reservation not needed at all

I appeal to UPA chairperson to stop immediately all types of discussion on reservation . During last two and a half years of UPA regime ,debate and discussion on the need of quota for one group or other has bored me and sometimes I feel why should I continue to read newspaper or watch TV news which is full of coverage on demand raised by some caste /community group or other.Demand for reservation is an unending story and politicias /leaders belonging to UPA enjoy the same so that they can divert the mind of innocent people of the country from Pains of Dearness and from sufferings out of scarcity of basic amneties like water ,electricity,sanitation,healthy food,hygenic house etc....Unfortunately opposition parties are too weak to protest such type of reservation .Because they are afraid of erosion in their vote banks.It will not be exaggeration if I say that all meanminded leaders resort to such cheap politics of votes but fail to retain their their elction even in the second round.Mr. V.P.Singh could not remain PM for longer period even after taking the help of Mandal .Mr. Arjun Singh who could do nothing during last 50 years of his politics now intends to become PM of te country with the help of quota .SC/St deserted Congress and now Muslims have also realised the faul game being played by Congressmen. As such Muslims are also going away from Congress.If such drasma on quota continues Congress Party will be no where in the country.It is worthwhile to mention here the bitter truth that there is no scope of employment in goverment departments.After all what purpose will be solved from increasing quota when there are no fresh opportunity available for unemployed youth. Obviously leaders now want to spoil private companies because they have already destroyed numerous companies owned by Government partially or fully.Similar is the position of government owned schools and colleges. None of the parent from the core of their heart want that their children should be admitted in government owned (partially or fully) school or colleges.This is why private schools ,colleges and even engineering /MBA/Medical colleges are flourishing by leaps and bounds. Only due to paucity of seats in private institutes or poverty of parent that a child is admitted to govt. schools.Position is not good in government owned hospitals where only dead body is sent for post mortem because private hospitals are not authorised to do the same. Most of the families which can afford money at their own or from loans will prefer treatment of their patient at Private Nursing Homes.Then What for reservation?Not to speak of goverment departments of which there is no alternative available in private sector . It may be police department or any Tac department or any office of administration ,if any one is ready to pay bribe he can get his work done in no time. Otherwise no outcome will be visible in years together .Therefore quota for Dalit minorities will create more problem than solving any .During last 60 years of quota regime we have seen no improvement in the status of SC/ST/Minority Muslim Community who enjoy prieveleges in one form or other .I appeal to Ms Sonia Gandhi to find out the benefits accrued to so called Dalit or underprevieleged class who have been availing the facilities of quota for last 60 years. If the status of so-called Dalits have not improved and number of such poor and undeveloped class of society have increased during last 60 years of freedom, the Government must discard the politics of reservation which divide the society in various caste segments and disturb the social harmony. Rather remove all types of reservation based on caste and communities and do something real for poor people.

How much reservation is adequate

Constitution Committee constituted by best and experienced scholars of free India took three years to frame our constitutions and therein it was unanimously decided to have 22.5% reservation for SC/ST and that too for 10 years.Unfortunately our politicians for their greed to enrich their votes bank gradually raised the quoto to more than 50 percent. Then after the intervantion of learned and honourable Supreme Court it was restricted to 49% i.e. less than 50 percent.Here the point to be noted is that makers of the Constitution were educated ,experienced and love for the country which they acquired after prolonged fight against misrule of British regime. Similarly courts and especially Apex court are headed by learned and experienced scholars of the country and who normally decide the case without any bias and with the motive to stop destructive activities in the country and maintain social harmony.As such they are afraid of repurcussions of caste based reservation in the society as also efficiency of any organisation.On the contrary, our present brand of politicial leaders irrespective of their party affiliation are very much greedy ,uneducated,uncivilised in general and unexperienced and hence never bother of social disharmony, social conflict,inefficiency of government departments , danger to safety,security,unity and integrity of the country.They indulge in caste based politics and promote caste based politics.As such there are very few leaders who take care of suggestions or orders given by Apex court. Most of the leaders are blind in their approach to enrich their own vote banks.And hence during last two decades (from Mr. V.P.Singh ) considerable time is spent on reservation in the Parliament and state assemblies.Apex court has been barking and barking not to raise reservation more than 50% and fill the vacancies in time to avoid caste-based-culture in the society and to avoid pending of work in any department.Who cares for the advice and orders of the court. Political leaders for their temporary gain and transitory benefits are attempting to go aginst the well thought advice of the court.It is they who are responsible for lack of work culture in goverment departments. It is they who promote corrupt practices and ultimately people at large who suffers.However I from the core of my heart appreciate and praise Supreme Court who has saved the people at large many times from misdeeds of the political leaders. Very soon Abu Salem will fight and win the lection in UP and rule the people of the state. God Save us.We cannot expect better result from our leaders.There are so many Abu Salem like persons in te system who are getting more weightage in the administration .There is no lack of person like Gulam Navi Azad and Farooq Abdullah who advocate clemancy for Mr. Afzal against the will of the Apex Court.
